There's no mention of a sound device in your belarc report which means either the driver is not installed (in which case it would show as "unknown device" in Device Manager", or that the soundcard is broken (Device Manager won't tell you that, it only lists installed drivers and driver errors). However, the belarc report also does not give us enough info regarding the motherboard manufacturer which is required to get the correct driver. The only reference is "board NF-MCP61" but no manufacturer. What is the make and model of your PC? If it's custom-built your best option is to fit a new soundcard which comes with it's own driver CD.
