Hi,
I am wanting a win XP driver for primax colorado usb 9600 and have downloaded a few from the net and the primax homepage, but I can't get any of them to work. There is no official driver for the win XP instead you are told to fudge the win 2000 driver, but I can never get this to work. The wizard doen't recoginse the driver and won't let me select it manually either. Any ideas what I can do?
I also have the problem that now that I have tried installing the scanner a number of times I have 2 unknown devices in my device manager under imaging that it won't let me get rid of. Everytime I try and uninstall I get the message:
"Failed to uninstall device. Device may be required to boot up the computer"
Arhhhhhh am ready to pull my hair out! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
