TO those vista haters

Vista is different...sure...however I believe if people sat down and bothered to read instructions, look online, etc. they would have much more luck. All these "issues" can be annoying, but the answers are there for those who bother to look. Working in the field of security I would know that vista is an extremely secure operating system. All those extra pop-ups are just trying to prevent viruses, Trojans, etc. Again, those who bother to LOOK for their answers, will find it. As we speak I'm using vista fine, with MANY games and not many issues (a few here and their, I'll admit,) but those who LOOK for their answers will find it. Obviously the reason they made Vista was to be DIFFERENT from XP, otherwise it would be simply windows xp. Of course it's going to change. It's much safer, and simpler if you are agile enough to find the answers.

So before you start flaming Microsoft, sit down and read! Thats what I did.

ALSO

"It's not compatible" mm...well there's something you should do FIRST to see if it WILL be. Microsoft has made [requirements] much simpler to use. Instead of checking a thousand different things, you can now check your WEI Located in Control panel >>> System and maintenance >>> under system click "check Windows Index Experience Base score The average computer, from which you buy at staples, (and yes no matter what the price you're pretty much doomed to a 3.0 unless you customize) is a 3.0 and yea....THOSE are your vista "compatibility" problems. My computer (customized) on the other hand, a 4.8 has an excellent performance and as you can see from my 2 screen shots, has a vast variety of playable games. (Around 30 games)

So once again I will tell you:

---Vista has an excellent security system, all those extra pop ups are from the new security system (and yes, It can be turned off)

---Bother to read, learn, and research.

---The Vista help system (f1) is excellent.

---There's no point in making a second windows Xp...it would be XP again. Of COURSE vista's going to be different otherwise they wouldn't make it.

So don't just uninstall it after a half hour (which quite a few of you have) research and look around to find the answers!
