Exclamation Can find sound drivers HELP

I recently downgraded to xp from vista and i have gotten everything to work
except my audio. I've searched for days. When i go into the device manager
under the sound, video... section it says that legacy audio drivers are installed for multimedia that has an unknown location.despite whatever drivers i try to install. I have conexant HDaudio.
