No Sound Since Re-Installing Windows! Please help!

I recently had to re-install windows and have not had any sound since.

Here is the information that EVEREST Home Edition provided me.

If I go to Control Panel, Sound and Audio Devices, it says "No Audio Device."
Windows Media Player says "WMP cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device....."

There was a lot more information given too me but I'm not sure what is needed....
Hope this is the information needed.
If not please let me know.
Any help would be great, I'm dying without my music!
