I have seen that before
it seem like you are the Admin,, first, remove these two computer name from AD computer list, then disconnect the two Winodws XP system from the network and rename the computer to what ever, then go to your server and add those computer name to the AD computer list and also set the trust option on between server and workstation in AD.
