hi, my computer recently got a virus which took over and change the account settings so that all of the accounts were limited. I have now got rid of the viruses but i have not been able to get onto the control panel to change the account settings. when i click on control panel a window comes up saying " The operation been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact the computer administrator." Can anyone please help me find a solution?
