I just did this:
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Inte
rnet Explorer\Control Panel
Change value of "Homepage" from 1 to 0.
You'll be right back where you need to be.
Now if I only knew how it got set that way in the first place...any guesses?
