No:5 Chipset - install then restart your comp

Audio and Video drivers are listed, but these drivers will not work unless both you monitor and audio use plugs on the I/O plate. The PCI device could be a graphic card- look at thie - click image to focus

Set a System Restore Point before installing Each driver just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions
