I really need help.
I was on my computer. I had just turned it on, and went to tidy my room. I got back and it had switched off. So, I turned it on, and it cane up with the message, kinda like : Windows has not been able to load up correctly" And It had 5 options to load up by. Safe mode, Safe Mode with Networking, Safe Mode with command Promt, Last good known configuration of Computer, And Start windows normally. I tried all of thjem, but not one of them worked. What happened, was it got to the biot, where the windows XP sign can up, and the load bar thingie was there, then the load bar froze for a moment, then it turned off, and back on. nothing I did made any fdifference. Please, I need some help. Not only have I got very valubal files on there, but my Mother has some important stuff on there too. I know alot about computers for my age, but I really need to know how to sort this out whilst keeping my files. Thanks in advance. But peases, seriously i need big help. There was on there, a little blue message, well, a blue background with a message, but it went so fast that I could not read it. I tried to take a picture, but with no lick, If someone can help it would be greatly appriciated.
