If your monitor plugs into the I/O plate then the video driver from Intel is the one you want, if it plugs into an Expansions slot, you have a Graphic card installed, in that case we will need to know which Graphic card - see here, click image to focus

if you use an Expansion slot Get Everest, copy and paste the Computer / Summary section

Open Everest - expand Computer - select Summary - select Report - Quick Report - HTML . The report opens, using mouse hold the left button and starting at all above Debug-PCI - highlight all the text - when highlighted right lick mouse - select Copy.

Set a System Restore Point before installing driver just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions
