Tiny Personal Firewall, Sygate, Kerio, Outpost, Zone Alarm, Comodo. Any of those would be better.
Search for them, all free, or at least there are recent versions that are free. (Can't keep up with everything.)
If you don't want to be bothered with complicated configuration, TPF is great, or Outpost in "Allow Most" Mode. Good luck.
