Angry Can't Load OS!!!!!! XP Professional

I am running a P4@1.6GHZ and 256MB RAM
XP Professional

I turned my computer off the other day, and since then I have not been able to load the OS. Here is what happens:
When i startup, after the screen with the Windows XP with the busy bar under it, it normally goes to the blue log-on screen, now the screen just turns black and is like frozen. I have tried this a bunch of times and the same thing. I tried booting up in safe mode and it freezes at the same spot every time during the loading of the files. I have tried the boot logger mode, and only one time it told me that ntoskrnl file is corrupted. But only once it actually said that. I have tried booting from Floppy and CD, and what happens every time is the same...if i try and do a new setup, it freezes at "Searching for previous versions of windows", and if i try to repair, once i hit 1, when it asks what u want to repair, it freezes then...please help, if anyone has any suggestions!!!
