A Possible solution

Hi,
Though I have never faced this problem before , but here are a few suggestions which might be of use:
1. Remove all cards from the board (i.e. sound card, tv tuner card, and if the motherboard has on on board display then the Display card as well).
2. Remove one of the RAM sticks.
3. Install windows.
4. If install succeeds, try adding the second RAM and see if there is any problem,
5. If setup fails, try the other RAM.
6. If setup succeeds, try adding one device at a time.
Best of Luck
