Found the drivers at Toshiba Asia, but it's going to be a bit of a job, all the drivers are in more than 1 part, so you are going to have to download and save them in individual folders.
you need first the Intel Chipset Utility - install this then restart your comp
check Device Manager to see what drivers you need, this tells XP which INF files it needs to load for the operating system to work.

Display - Intel display
Audio is Realtek High Definition -
Ethernet - Intel

I would create folders and unzip each set of files into them, save on a DVD-RW disc if possible, this way if drivers are missing you can use Device manager to install them from the DVD disc.
