Just like everyone else, I have trouble playing sound. My computer condition and information is as the following:
Condition:
1)In Device Manager, under Sound, video and game controllers, Multimedia Audio Controller does not have the driver installed.
2)Tried to install WDM_A404 from Realtek Semi. Corp, the blue screen showed up and computer restarted. The result of the analysis of the problem from Microsoft says:
