Hello! Under the Control Panel / Sound & Audio Devices / Audio tab / Sound Playback , only the "modem line 0 playback" can be selected. There's no other media device.
Under the Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Component Services/Windows Audio service, it is already shown as automatic.
The audio plugs are on the I/O plate. Is it still way to fix it? Really thanks so much!!
