Yes, the .Net Framework drivers have been installed.


Is it possible that there are some deep issues in the computer and the only fix would be to reformat? Or is the issue most likely the graphics card itself?


Try an update installation, this way, in other words tell XP to use the driver,

1. Install instructions for new driver:
2. Download file
3. Right Click the downloaded file and select Extract all
4. Click Next select a folder to extract the files to (Example: C:\Downloads\new xxxx) and click Finish
5. Right click "My computer" and select Properties
6. Select the Hardware tab and click on Device Manager
7. Search for the problem driver, right click it and select Update driver
8. select “ No, not this time “ to connect to Windows Update
9. Select "Install from a list or specific location (advanced)" and click Next
10. Click Browse to browse to the location were you have extracted the driver to ((Example: C:\Downloads\new xxxx) and click Next
11. Click Finish
12. Click Ok when prompted to restart
