I have Windows XP Professional, Service Pack Two

It is a Dell Inspiron laptop model 9300, and has an Intel Pentium M processor 1.60GHz.

Is that the information you need, or what else can I tell you that will help me to help myself?

these are the drivers from Dell http://support.euro.dell.com/support...NSPIRON%209300

but it can have one of two video drivers, Get Everest, copy and paste the Computer / Summary section

Open Everest - expand Computer - select Summary - select Report - Quick Report - HTML . The report opens, using mouse hold the left button and starting at all above Debug-PCI - highlight all the text - when highlighted right click mouse - select Copy
Then open post – right click mouse – select Paste and the report will insert.

it should show which video you have
