I have to say that I don't hate Norton, but I also no longer use any of their software!! I used to use such products as Norton Ghost, which seemed to work for awhile, and then didn't work at all!! Especially when you're talking about software that's supposed to back-up your machine, it SHOULD work!! lol I finally got tired of dealing with back-ups that didn't run, and completely switched from Norton Ghost to Macrium Reflect.
