I tried to apply the microsoft 12 steps but at the very first step it failed. when I click on the
device manager nothing happens.
I used the three steps too,
cmd.exe regsvr32 ... things..still didnt work.
someone has offered opening the
add remove prog under the
control panel but add remove prog section does not open just as the device manager...
in the
run cmd.exe thing I also typed
services.msc even no box appears.. no dll errors are listed when I type
ipconfig either.
I uselessly tried to download some dll s from the given site as suggested but it says another person or program is using it..so I couldnt download them either..
it seems like nothing is working..as for the last solution you have advised the network card to be uninstalled and re installed and how is that done for god's sake..? ouuhh
