just so it doesn't happen again,I would recommend 1 admin and 3 user accounts ,Not 4 admin accounts as you may have to do it all again if another admin user decides in their stupidity to delete your drivers or programs.
It is bad security and policy to have more than 1 admin/root on system and everyone else should log on as users.
Hopefully if you take this advice you won`t lose your sound drivers again joe. (:^D)
