I do use a modem to connect to the internet. I do have a yellow question mark with an exclamation point in device manager in the other devices category: ethernet controller, network controller, and pci modem. The mass storage, multimedia audio controller, sm bus, and video controller are also question mark-yellow dot. For some reason I can't download the drivers from gateway's website here's the link:
