Linux has some issues in its gaming abilities which is why I use windows xp with Linux fc9,but it has over 300 free games in its repositories and about 15 or so emulators for different platforms,so enabling access to 1000`s of games from roms to playstation.
Amongst the most popular games I use are open arena (quake 3 clone),Nexuiz and unreal tournament 2004 the latter proving you can install good fast games to install and run well under Linux.
The only reason more games are not installable is the lack of .sh and the programmers knowledge of the windows system and not the Penguin, who if they were real engineers they would have their head up tux`s arse and be surprised to find is as fast and faster than a lot of windows systems. If you want proof CU @nexuiz DC beginner server and I will blow you away with my Linux.
