Step3: Downloaded Dell Audio driver, extracted and tried to install just as given in your steps. But still hardware did not recognise the audio driver.

I have already changed the motherboard from Dell last week. Since I have upgraded to Win XP, they will not troubleshoot as I'm supposed to have Win XP home edition (PC was bought with this OS) to get the support.

Is there any other approach/ workaround to install the driver?

I really appreciate your help!

Regards.

need the new motherboard make and model, do you know what it is, also Get Everest, copy and paste the Computer / Summary section, do not post the De-bug section
