what make and model do you have, if not sure Get Belarc, copy and paste the report, omit the Software section, it gives Product Codes for your OS and the Windows Critical Updates.

I have no devices listed under the audio tab. The Belarc report doesn't detect them either, however they were there before I uninstalled Itunes:
