A friend opened up the laptop to fix it's speakers and now it can't power on.

Here's an image it points where green lights go on. They're Scroll lock, power and one looks like a can. They turn on for couple seconds and turns off again. Nothing on screen. It's Dell and looked at the site for solutions with no luck. Anyways I have no idea how to fix it.
