Short of installing a keylogger to record what your computer does when you're away, there's not much else you can do. Try looking at your browser's history to see what was accessed during the time you were away from your computer (view menu -> explorer bar -> history).
You should also change your password to something secure and which is unrelated to you i.e., not a word, phone number, birthday, name etc, which could be guessed.
