Spoofed Proxies (i.e. NinjaCloak.com) dont behave like normal proxies, they accept requests through themselves and deliver it on refreshing pages. Therefore, all those blocks can be easily evaded by a simple search for proxies which just show a carbon copy of the html (and some even take the load of caching images).
