Can't Download ANY programs or files.
When I click on something within a website to download a program, I will see the File Download box on the screen but it just stays there and does nothing. The Open, Run or Save buttons never come on for me to click them only Cancel does. And yes I have defragmented, deleted old cookies and Temp Files and still NOTHING. PLEASE ANYONE HELP!!!
