My view of Norton is that he is a little man in a shirt and tie with glasses. He wanders into your office with a steaming cup of coffee, hovers over your shoulder and says "What're you working on...whoops!!" and then spills his coffee all over you and your keyboard.
"Oh I'm sorry let me get that..."
"Norton, go away!! Leave it!!"
"No it'll just take a minute I'll sort it for you."
"GO AWAY!!!"
"Oops, was that key supposed to come out of the keyboard?"
