you need to check if audio is [Enabled] in the BIOS, the manual does not show all the screens but it will be similar to this one, you ar looking for the AC97 audio
as soon as the comp boots press the <Del> key and the Main menu will open

use down arrow to select Intergrated Peripherals - press Enter

now this menu may have the AC97 audio or the onbpard audio listed or you may need to go to the On Chip PCI device - press Enter

if audio is [Disable] use arrow key to highlight - then use the + key to change
press F10 ket to Exit & save
y key to accept changes
If you need to Exit the BIOS at any time press the Esc key
install audio driver again
