Thanks for the help...i am sorry for the late reply.
forthe first time, i installed crystal driver from the dell support site and audio came for the first time..once i restarted my laptop , sound has gone.
then i tried to uninstall and re install the driver.
Always i am getting the below error !
"This device can not start .Code 10" error i am getting
any help in this regard is appreciated..
