If it's an actual soundcard which fits into a PCI slot (ie not on-board sound) you get the correct driver from Creative's website. The error message you got from the driver-installer means you are trying to install the wrong driver for your specific soundcard. Go here:

Click on the appropriate soundblaster device for access to it's drivers.

If your device is not shown, click on the "click here" link at foot of page.

If you fitted a new motherboard and it has an on-board sound controller, that may be the one your system is configured to use if you haven't disabled it.
In that case you either need to disable it (in the BIOS settings) to prevent it from conflicting ith the Audigy card, or get it's driver from the motherboard manufacturer's website and remove the Audigy card.
