I have been running the older version of the Kodak Easyshare software for quite some time. I recently received an email from Kodak announcing their new software (7.1) and decided to download it. What a mistake! After downloading it now it will not open at all. I have checked my drivers, registry, antivirus, and cookies and all are fine. I even called Kodak and told them of the problem and all they did was give me the runaround. They were of no help at all! I am running Windows XP. Everything was OK until I downloaded the newer version. I have a lot of pictures on there and don't want to lose them. Am I doing something wrong? Any help to rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a good Thanksgiving.
