This mainboard, which has a built-in graphics accelerator, doesn't include TV encoding as standard, thus in order to connect it to a TV, you'd have to install a dedicated graphics card with such a capability.

Most dedicated graphics cards include a TV out (composite & S-video connectors) which just plug straight into the TV.
