I came in to ask about the same thing here... Every time I open my mail incoming emails duplicate them. For the last year I have simply clicked on the sent items then back and that worked. Then it got to where I to wait and let it fully load all new incoming, then do it. Now it takes several attempts at this to work.

Is there a way to stop it from happening at all?

Is Outlook better? Is it as easy to set it up for my MSN account?
