No sound. What driver do I need?

Please help!! I have recently formatted my computer and now my audio does not work. The only audio device I have listed to choose from is the one for my voIP phone.

I have opened the case but i cannot find any manufacturers name on it, only a series of numbers: PV-BT878P +FMRC

I would try to unplug and replug the card to see if the pc will then locate it, Unfortunately i do not have an empty slot to switch the card to.

The following is from running belarc:

Operating System
Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)
Processor a
3.00 gigahertz Intel Pentium 4
8 kilobyte primary memory cache
512 kilobyte secondary memory cache

Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. 1005.001 08/04/2005
