I have been to the MSI site and have found no software for my lost drivers/software please help me i am lost

go here to Intel and install the chipset driver - then RESTART your comp
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Deta...ta*&lang=en g

then go to MSI and install the C-Media audio driver, it's for XP
http://asia.msi.com.tw/index.php?fun...=1&prod_no=586

look at this, under Software Compatability
http://www.winsupersite.com/reviews/...a_beta2_04.asp

I'm not 100% sure this will happen, as I'm not familiar with Vista

Vista should automatically set a Restore Point for you
