I'm running a Dell Latitude D830 with XP pro and lately I've been getting the following error message on start up:

"The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL"

When this happens, the mouse can be moved around the screen, but when I double click on anything, it will not open. I wonder if my Norton antivirus deleted a file.

I haven't done anything different to the laptop, so I don't know why I'm getting this error message. I know anything that has to do with a DLL file is serious, so I need your expertise.
