You need to establish first if it's related to the particular web-browser you use on the laptop. Try a different web-browser to confirm if it's the same on that one as well. If it isn't, then you obviously need to investigate issues with the original web-browser rather than looking into anything else. You'll also then have the option (if the second browser is okay) of just ignoring it by not using the problem browser.
