Thank you for the help. I followed the instructions and now the psapi.dll error doesn't appear. I found 6 additional copies of psapi.dll in the SBC folder. I use the SBC dsl service.

After I did this, I rebooted and I got 2 new error messages, one for ogezubohidozo.dll and one for wququsasiy.dll not being found.

Also, after I rebooted, norton anti-virus came and did some clean up but didn't quaranteen any files. Also the google toolbar opened up and wanted to install something. Fearing this was a problem, I uninstalled the google toolbar.

Despite the error messages, everything works, except Disk Defragmenter won't run. Should I do a search for extra ogezubohidozo.dll and wququsasiy.dll files and rename those as I did for the psapi.dll files? Should I install a registry clean up program?
