I am trying to install software (Pixela Image Maker) on my wife's computer that runs Windows 2000. When I place the CD in either of her two CD drives a small gray box appears on her monitor. It has an exclamation mark in yellow and the message "the environment is incorrect". This software was on the computer in the past but we recently had the computer completely restored.
