My sr.sys file was located in a slightly different folder (C:\Windows\i386), but once I found it my System Restore was right back in the tab it was supposed to be in. And I only had 1 prompt, but same result.
Any idea why it was deleted? My customer said it just dissapeared on him one day (I guess he does a lot of system restores).
Either way it saved me hours of greif.
