http://tv-links.co.uk was one of the biggest ones on the web, but it was taken down in a completely illegal raid sponsored by the MPAA. However, a mirror was put up a couple of months after. its at

I would advise you not to forget that link, because if you google "tv-links" the first site listed is a fake.
