Sub: Greenstreet; Discover Multimedia Encyclopaedia Series CD-Roms not installing.

• CD-Roms not installing since purchase on Jan 31, 2009.

ERROR MESSAGE:

MACROMEDIA PROJECTOR HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Intrusion at "0x616c7265" refrenced memory at "0x616c7265" could not be "read" clock OK to terminate the program.


• My PC Config: Intel-P4 CPU(3 GHz)+2 GB RAM+ 100 GB free HDD+Win-XP-prof_sp3 updated to latest drivers and security issues+QT-7.x +Directx-9.

• Installation tried with/without Kaspersky Internet Security-2009, with/without windows firewall, with/without Clean Windows-xp install etc, all the suggestions available in this forum, but without success.
