thats what is in my belarc mainboard section and I had come ac97 driver before but going to the link you posted I see nothing for XP am I blind or am I just not looking in the right place?

not showing motherboard, just the chipset , Get Everest / copy and paste the Computer – Summary section. Leave out the Debug –PCI section.
