Packard Bell NEC PB13318701
System Serial Number: 048213120385
Chassis Serial Number: 50424E
Enclosure Type: Desktop

Board: NEC COMPUTERS INTERNATIONAL MS-7168 1.0
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. 080012 07/20/2005

Can you please tell me what I need to instal to get this working again. Like the original questions some time ago i have the big yellow question marks. Also I am really a novice at this so some advice on how to instal would be good unless its an auto process in which case even I should manage it.

Realtek audio driver here at Packard Bell
http://support.packardbell.com/uk/it...ppn=PB13318701

download the file - select Save file and save to desktop - then double click the downloaded file on desktop - follow installation instructions from there

Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore – click radio button Create a restore point and follow instructions
