I have problem with Vista built-in firewall and Wandering IPs (
http://wandering-ips.com ). For some reason the '3D traceroute' function of this program is blocked by Vista firewall. Adding the program name to exception list does not help. What else could I try? It's definitly firewall issue because '3D traceroute' work just fine when firewall is disabled (which of course is not a solution).
