Hi, if memtest came through ok I would try this.
Rest bios to fail safe defaults
Swap out memeory
Remove all the cables and reset them
Make sure that all dust is removed from inside the PC
If all this fails it may be an issue with the M/B I had the same issue with a PC would reboot half way through the install process..I swaped ever thing out and in the end the M/B was history.
